Music Playlist of the Month: May

So this is my 2nd time writing this entry because the first time I wrote this down, the videos would disappear one by one so I got really frustrated and just gave up for the night. So for the month of May, I decided to listen to some throwback music.

AMAZING LOVE/Folder 5

Compared to their other songs, this song has more of a sad and dark tone to it. I was just obsessed with this song and also decided to give a listen to the original version. I actually started listening to this song again when I saw all singles were finally on Itunes Japan and I couldn't resist buying it.

Ready/Folder 5

I feel like this song is a good song to listen to when you're down. It has a cheery party sound but it has very meaningful lyrics.

GO AHEAD/Folder 5

Finally, AKINA is not the only one that sings! I think this song showcases all the members vocals and shows how talented all of them are. As for the song, this is still a pretty typical Folder 5 song.

Kanashimi Twilight/Morning Musume

I decided to dig through some older Morning Musume songs. I love their current songs but it's nice sometimes to listen to something that isn't EDM. What I like about this song is that it has this rock sound and it makes feel like it's better to live more independent and not trust guys as much.

Onna ni Sachi Are/Morning Musume

I cannot believe I did not appreciate this song more when I first listened to it. I just love how this song is sort of about moving on and find happiness.

Nen ni wa nen/Kobushi Factory

Kobushi Factory is now officially my favorite new group. I first didn't think they were very talented but after listening to this song on Girls Live, they had so much energy and power.

Survivor/Kobushi Factory

I like how they had of their songs from their musical into a single. For a song in a musical, it sounds more modern to me but I don't listen to songs from musicals so I'm not too sure. Like Nen ni wa nen, it has a rock sound to it but it's more darker and mysterious.

Easy Go/Girl's Day

I actually found this song through Itano Tomomi's version of this song. I honestly like this more than Come Party. One of the reasons is because the members in my opinion has better vocals then Itano.

So that is it for this month's music playlist of the month. If you liked any of the songs, comment down below and feel free to recommend some of the songs you like.
